Entry Level Business Analyst

Our Entry-Level Business Analysts typically have a demonstrated interest in technology and business, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent interpersonal skills. Business Analysts will be placed on one of our many projects and could be doing a number of different tasks.


This position is primarily focused on understanding current and future requirements for implementing a 3rd party Identity and Access Management (IAM) tool that will interface with multiple systems and will be used throughout the entire company. This individual will interact with the business users, gather and document requirements, as well as to document application dependencies, and develop use cases.

Specific responsibilities will include working with the team and stakeholders to ensure that the database redesign and migration of data occurs with minimal impact to all current users.

  • Establish, monitor and maintain high client satisfaction levels
  • Document, track and resolve problems in client business systems


  • Serve as a business liaison between clients and project teams to help understand user interaction
  • Assist project manager in better understanding information gathered about user experience
  • Assist business clients in developing requirements for future use cases

Skills and Experience:

  • Someone who is energetic and passionate about their work, extremely positive and solution driven
  • Requirements gathering skills and experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile- Scrum, Rational unified process (RUP) and Waterfall methodology.
  • Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements. Proficient in writing Business requirement Document (BRD), Functional Requirement Document (FRD) and detailing into system requirement specification (SRS).
  • Ability to work independently, with minimum supervision
  • B.S. degree in computer science, management information systems, or equivalent experience
